Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice, typographic, photographic and descriptive errors are subject to corrections. We reserve the right to add or withdraw any item without prior notice. All prices quoted by boxcleverboxingrings.com include VAT @17.50% except for Boxing rings.
Shipping policy.(uk)
Any U.K mainland orders are free delivery except for Boxing Rings which will be subject to delivery fee which will be priced upon receipt of delivery address.
If you require a next day service please ring 020 8 298 0150 to ensure goods are available for next day delivery or talk through your requirements. You will be notified the postage price at the time of ordering, please note we reserve the right for bulky items or for items going to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilliy Isles and Isle of Wight you will be emailed with the relevant shipping charge and goods will not be sent until after you have approved the quotation. While delivery times vary we normally deliver within 5 days.
Please note couriers and delivery services tend to deliver during the working day, you may find it easier to give a work address, as parcels will need to be signed for. Please ensure a complete delivery address is provided as incomplete address can result in a delay or even the goods returning undelivered by the courier company.
Please check deliveries are no split or damaged when signing from the courier, if they are please sign for them damaged and contact us if there is a shortage or the goods are damaged. Ensure that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels and that none are missing. If there is not the right amount only sign for the amount you are taking in. Unfortunately if goods are signed for, when the parcels are damaged or missing and it later turns out that goods are missing or damaged we will be unable to replace the items concerned.
Undeliverable Goods
It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address you provide when your order is delivered to sign. If no one is home when delivery is attempted, a card will be left for you. If, subsequently, your order is returned to us by the carrier because they couldn't deliver the goods or because you didn't contact them to re-arrange the delivery or collect your order from their offices when carded, you will be required to pay the original shipping cost and incurred by Boxclever Limited. If you choose to cancel your order rather than have it delivered a second time, you will receive a full refund less carriage and return carriage charges incurred by Boxclever Limited. This also applies if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete delivery, which resulted in return of an order by the carrier.
Cancellation Policy:
Please email us at boxcleverltd@yahoo.co.uk with the full order details and your order reference. Orders can be cancelled providing despatch has not occurred or we had to order the goods in specially and you was notified. If you wish to cancel after despatch,please read the refund terms and conditions.
Payment
Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa, Connect, Maestro, American Express and Debit Cards. You can also for your convenience select the products you require online and time of check out at the payment selection choose Phone Order we will then simply telephone for payment over the phone. You can also send in Cheque/Postal Order by the same process, stating in your customer notes that you are sending in payment or telephone with details. Cheques are made payable to Boxclever Limited.
14 Day Non Faulty returns and exchanges
Here at Boxclever we operate a no hassle 14 day money back guarantee, we aim to take the stress out of online ordering give you ample time to return those unwanted items. boxcleverboxingrings.com must simply receive the goods back within 14 days from delivery date, if the consumer wishes to return unwanted goods. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. boxcleverboxingrings.co.uk reserve the right to refuse to refund the goods subject to the goods being of non merchantable quality. Refunds will be for the value of the goods and will not include the cost of postage to send the goods to the customer. All costs of returning the goods must be borne by the customer and boxcleverboxingringsLimited accept no liability for goods damaged or lost whilst in transit from the customer to Boxclever Ltd.
If the customer wishes to exchange goods they will be charged a handling fee of £5.00 one item and £8.95 for two or more. Bulky items will be charged at cost. If the goods received by the consumer are different from those ordered, the cost of returning the product will be credited back to the customer and no postage will be charged for sending the goods back out, please include the receipt for the postage cost if you are entitled to a postage refund.
For you protection we would advice you send the goods back via a secure delivery service with adequate insurance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
